No analytics, no pixels, no cookie banner. The only thing this site collects is the brief you choose to send us — here is exactly what happens to it.

The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or share anything with data brokers. The only personal information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the contact form and send us.
What the contact form collects
The project brief asks for your name, email address and company, along with the format, budget range, timeline and industry you select, plus whatever you write in the project details field.
You choose all of it. Nothing is gathered in the background, and there is no hidden field. If you would rather not use the form, emailing us directly reaches the same inbox.
Where it goes
A submitted brief is formatted into an email and delivered to hello@r8motion.com. It is not written to a database and there is no customer record system behind this website — the brief exists as an email in the studio inbox and nowhere else.
Delivery runs through either a standard SMTP mail provider or Resend, an email delivery service, depending on how the site is configured. That provider processes the message in order to deliver it, in the same way any mail server does.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in the studio inbox so we can pick up a conversation you started months ago. If a project goes ahead, correspondence is kept for the ordinary business and tax reasons any studio keeps invoices and briefs.
If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party scripts that set them, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Fonts are served as part of the site build rather than fetched from an external font service at page load.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email us and we will act on it within one business day. Because the only thing we hold is correspondence you sent us, these requests are usually straightforward.
The honest caveat
This page is a plain-English description of how this website actually behaves, written so you can verify it rather than take it on trust. It is not legal advice, and it is not a lawyer-reviewed policy. If your organisation needs a formal data processing agreement before working with us, ask and we will sort one out.
