Terms

How we quote, revise, deliver and license work — and what the reel on this site does and does not represent.

What these terms cover

This page sets out how the studio normally works so there are no surprises once a project starts. A signed proposal or written quote for a specific project takes precedence over anything here.

Quotes and payment

Every project is quoted as a fixed price, agreed in writing before production begins. The published starting prices on this site are entry points, not ceilings — scope, variant count and complexity move the final number, and we walk you through that on the call rather than in an invoice.

If the scope changes mid-project, we re-quote and you approve the new number before we continue. We do not send surprise invoices.

Revisions

Two full revision rounds are included on every project, plus unlimited notes at the concept and board stage, where changes cost nothing. Most projects use one round. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at an hourly rate agreed upfront.

If a project goes wrong at the concept stage, we would rather re-concept it than defend work you do not believe in.

Delivery

Projects are delivered as MP4 masters in the ratios the campaign needs, captioned and uncaptioned, with cutdowns where the format calls for them and still frames pulled at print resolution. Source project files are available on request.

Timelines quoted on this site are typical turnarounds from an approved brief, not guarantees — they assume assets and feedback arrive when agreed. If a deadline is genuinely fixed, tell us early and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.

Ownership and rights

On full payment, you own the finished videos outright: full commercial rights, worldwide, in perpetuity, across every channel. No usage windows, no talent renewals, no per-platform licensing.

You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you supply — packaging artwork, logos, fonts, product imagery and any claims made about your product.

AI-generated content

Work is produced on an AI-native pipeline under human creative direction. Where a film features a synthetic presenter, that performer is generated rather than filmed, and we write them as brand-voice content rather than as customer testimonials.

We build to the current AI-disclosure rules on Meta and TikTok and flag any placement that requires a label. Confirming that finished creative complies with the advertising rules of your own industry and market remains your call.

About the work shown on this site

Most films in the portfolio are self-initiated concept projects for brands the studio invented in order to develop the pipeline. One is unsolicited spec work for a real brand with no affiliation to the studio. Every tile states which it is, and no film on this site should be read as implying a client relationship unless it is labelled as client work.

Where a project carries a performance figure, that figure comes from a real advertising account and we can show you the source. Where it carries none, that absence is deliberate.

The honest caveat

This page describes how the studio actually operates, written plainly so you can hold us to it. It is not legal advice and it is not a lawyer-reviewed contract. For a project of any size we will put a proper written agreement in front of you, and if your organisation has its own paperwork we are happy to work from that instead.
